I've recently upgraded the laptop from W7 to W10 and to Office Follow the on-screen instructions to run the troubleshooter.

I thought it might be Office but it isn't - the same applies if you connect the PC with the desktop projeisiyon. I will certainly help you to resolve the issue. It tries to load and then says "Input not supported" on screen and reverts to the no input image. I have the same question 2.

How satisfied are you with this response? I've tried updating the laptop video driver but there isn't one. Let us try to run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter and check if ti helps. Have you tried to connect zcer projector on a different port?
